Our chamber orchestra has developed to a high standard of performance over the last decade, as was witnessed at the East West Encounter 2004. Members joined the Amsterdam Chamber Orchestra to perform Schubert's Symphony No. 5 closing with great applause and appreciation. They have also accompanied numerous visiting Soloists in Concertos. The Chamber Orchestra has performed at six East West Encounters and numerous public concerts.

1994 - Hayden F. J. Piano Concerto in D with Paul Stewart (U.K/Canada).
1996 - Concerto for Bassoon by W.A. Mozart, with soloist Gregory Cukrov (U.S.A/ France).
1998 - African Suite for String Orchestra by Fela Sowande (premier concert in India)
  2000 - Piano Concerto no 3 in 'C' minor by L.V. Beethoven, with Soloist Padma Shri Dr. Raja Ramanna.
          - Concerto for Violin Cello in A major by Karl Stamitz, with Soloist Prof. Stephen Framil, of Andrew's University, U.S.A.
          - Choral Fantasic by Beethoven, with piano soloist Prof. Justin McCarthy, U.S.A.
2002  -

Concerto for Flute in D by W.A. Mozart with soloist Bridgette Buxtorf,  Switzerland.

  2003 - Concerto for violin in E maj by J.S Bach, with soloist Jody Mc.Comb (U.S.A) and the Holberg Suite by Grieg.
           - Schubert's Symphony No. 5 in Bb maj performed by the combined Orchestras of the Amsterdam Mini Philharmonic and the B.S.M            Chamber Orchestra.
2004 - Haydn's Flute Concerto in C, with Bridgette Buxtorf (Switzerland) as soloist
  - Teleman's Concerto for Viola and Orchestra in G minor with Christine Sorenson Switzerland) as soloist.
  - Concerto for Two Guitars in D major by Vivaldi, with Soloists Dagoberto Linhares and Raymond Migy.
 
   
 
Our conductor  
   

'N.S' or 'MAESTRO' as he is known, joined the Frank Anthony public school eight years ago. Under his dedicated leadership & direction the school's brass band & choir have consistently grown in self confidence, performance skills & renown. As Music Director and Head of Academics at the Bangalore School of Music, he has contributed substantially by building up the BSM'S chamber orchestra and its repertoire to cover musical masterpieces from the baroque period to twentieth century popular music. He has conducted the BSM' chamber orchestra for its five east-west encounters, as well as its performance at the annual Gandhi Jayanthi Concerts, accompanying International celebrity soloists. His compositions have been widely appreciated.
